All products despatched from Designer-Jewellery-Australia take around 1 to 3 working days to process, then estimated delivery throughout Australia (via Australia Post) is 1 to 7 days depending on preferred shipping method selected. Standard or Express postage method can be selected at time of payment. Shipping costs are determined by a third party estimate and we are not responsible for price increases that may occur.

All estimated delivery dates are calculated based on average processing times and selected shipping method and do not account for delays caused by service disruptions, inaccurate address information and/or extreme weather conditions. We are not responsible for these delays.

Returns Policy

Return on faulty goods must be made within 30 days from date of purchase and qualify by the conditions listed below.

1. Faulty goods need to be initiated in your account and the return is placed in the post within 30 days of receipt order confirmation.
2. All items must be unworn and unused in original condition with tags attached and/or packaging.
3. Items must be returned in the original packaging and/or box (excludes clear plastic packaging).

5. Wholesale Fashion Jewellery will determine if the item is the fault of the manufacturer and decide on a replacement (subject to availability) or refund the customer.
