What does ‘order being processed’ mean?

Your order has been accepted and will generally take 1-3 working days to be processed, packed and ready for shipping.

What does in stock mean?

In stock means your jewellery/purchase is on hand ready for immediate ship.

What type of payments do you accept?

Payments can be made using PayPal, Visa or Mastercard.

Can I change my shipping address?

Yes, log on to your account and update your details at any time, but if an order has already been despatched it is your responsibility to collect from address supplied at placement of order.
